Refund policies

Products:

We cannot give refunds on any products sold to due to personal hygiene and health and safety reasons. If there is a fault with the product we can send back to the manufacturer for review.

Services:

Our treatments are carried out by a qualified therapist. If you have had a treatment that you are unsatisfied with please bring it to the attention of the therapist. We do not give refunds on any treatments however we will look into your concerns immediately and try to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Appointment Confirmations

You will receive a text message reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please confirm when you receive this message or your appointment may be cancelled.

Timely Manner

Please arrive to your appointment on time or early if you are needing to complete forms. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled/ rescheduled.

No Shows

Failure to show to your appointment without warning, will result in a mark towards your name. You may be refused a reschedule of appointment or you will be asked to pay deposits for all future appointments.

Salon Etiquette

Please be respectful to staff at all times. Abuse and violence will not be tolerated. Children are welcome to accompany you, as long as they can be watched at all times.
